Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition and packaging. We want you to love what you ordered â if something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@at-the-turn-golf.polsia.app with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1â2 business days.
What We Can't Accept
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items damaged due to misuse
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5â7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund â your call. No return required for damaged or incorrect orders.
